HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS

Our 6 week Challenge is designed to help you reset and make a lifestyle change that will make you a healthier, happier, stronger, and faster you. You will receive around the clock nutrition and exercise guidance tailored specifically to you to help you reach your individual goals. We believe everyone should have a better understanding of their body composition which is why we use the gold standard in body composition analysis- DexaFit, to measure your results.

DEXAFIT BODY COMPOSITION

To measure your results we use a DexaFit Scan, which is the most industry-recognized, accurate, and reliable method for measuring your body composition.

You receive 2 scans, one at beginning and one at the end to measure your results. ($300 value)

Find out exactly how much muscle was gained and fat lost in specific parts of your body!

The scan even offers insight on your bone health, and long-term health risks, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and more.

IT ALL STARTS WITH NUTRITION:

For 6 weeks you will be required to log everything you eat. Your coach will provide you with around the clock nutrition guidance.

BECOME FASTER, STRONGER, LEANER

For 6 weeks every challenger is encouraged to attend at least 4 classes per week. To measure your changes in performance- you will complete a custom programmed workout at the beginning of the challenge and again at the end. This will show you how much stronger and faster you have gotten!

HOW IT WORKS:

IAMCROSSFIT or IAMFITNESS?

We offer two different challegnes- a Fitness Challenge, and a CrossFit Challenge. Which one is best for you? If you are an avid Crossfitter looking to build strength, improve WOD times and Max Effort Lifts- the IAMCROSSFIT Challenge is right for you. The IAMFITNESS Challenge is for people interested in our HIIT and Sport Performance classes. This challenge will focus on building endurance.

PRICING

We offer member and non-member pricing. The non member pricing includes 6 weeks of membership giving you unlimited access to classes and open gyms for the duration of the challenge.
