I’VE DONE SOME WEIGHTLIFTING, DO I HAVE TO TAKE ELEMENTS?
If you have never done CrossFit before, you will still benefit greatly from taking our Elements course, even if you do know what a hang power snatch is. It’s best to go through this program because there’s a lot more to CrossFit than lifting heavy weight. We do have a test-out session if you are comfortable with Olympic Lifting and barbell movements. If you would prefer to go straight to a membership, please contact us so we can discuss the best possible option.
