3 HSPU
4 Wall Balls (20/14)
5 Clean & Jerks (115/85)
6 Push-Ups
7 Toes to Bar
8 KB Swings (55/40)
9 Burpees
10 Thrusters (115/85)
11 Pull-Ups
12 Snatch (115/85)

*After completing the first movement go to the 2nd movement and then back to 1, adding the next movement to each round. There are 12 total rounds with one new movement being added each round. For example, do 1 100m Row, then 2 Box Jumps + 1 100m Row, then 3 HSPU + 2 Box Jumps + 1 100m Row etc.
