WOD:
3 x 3min AMRAP

5 Power Snatch*
5 Burpee Box Jump 24/20

3 Min after each AMRAP – run 400m at the start of the 3 min, rest the remainder

*Round 1: 135/95
Round 2: 115/75
Round 3: 95/65
