TEAM WOD 

On Saturday, Atlas hosts the Team WOD, which is a CrossFit metabolic conditioning workout that adheres to the typical CrossFit formatting; including, but not limited to, Chippers, rounds for time, EMOM, and AMRAP. CrossFit is defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. This CrossFit class is a partner workout and usually consists of 30-45 minutes of constant, high-intensity conditioning.
