TRX TRAINING

This is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class that utilizes the TRX method of suspension training in combination with our signature Circuit style intervals. 45-minute classes utilizes cardio stations and bodyweight-leveraged exercises in various routines. Expect a different challenge each and every class – TRX and HIIT training can build power, strength, flexibility, and balance, while pushing that heart rate to the limit.
