CROSSFIT (WOD) 

WOD stands for “Workout of the Day,” which is the staple of a CrossFit athlete’s training regimen. These CrossFit classes incorporate a strength, speed, or skill component to the beginning of class, followed by a metabolic conditioning workout that adheres to the typical CrossFit formatting; including, but not limited to, Chippers, rounds for time, EMOM, and AMRAP. CrossFit is defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.
