Our 6-week challenge is for members and non-members. Some people choose to focus on endurance and only do our Performance classes, while others want to build strength and improve WOD times by focusing on CrossFit.
Our challenges, which we have been doing for almost 6 years, are different than the challenges found at many other CrossFit Gyms. We do not use the challenge as our on-boarding program, in fact many of our challengers are members and tons of people are repeat challengers. We have some people that have done more than 5 challenges! We don’t measure results by weight loss, because most of our challengers gain muscle and lose fat. The winner of the last challenge gained 11 pounds of lean mass and lost 15 pounds of fat!!!!! Results measured by a 99% accurate body comp scan called DexaFit (2 scans, $300 value, included in price). Our challenge is all about meeting your individual goals, and learning how to make a sustainable lifestyle change.
