It depends on your fitness level and goals, but a good starting point is 2-3x/week. As you progress, you can bump that up to 3-4x, and possibly even 5x every now and then. We do not recommend you CrossFit everyday, rest is important for the body and we highly encourage it at Atlas. We also have a full offering of fitness classes, that are less intense on your body, but just as intense (if not more!) on your cardiovascular system. We encourage supplementing your CrossFit workouts with some of these classes during the week to keep you fresh and avoid burnout. The worst thing you can do is overwork yourself and end up on the sideline for weeks or months at a time!
