Snatch/Clean/Deadlift Ladder:

EMOM until failure:

Starting at 75/55
1 Snatch
Add 10 lbs each minute until failure…

Then immediately into*
1 Clean
Add 10 lbs each minute until failure…

Then immediately into*
1 Deadlift
Add 10 lbs each minute until failure…

Score equals the sum of:
2x max Snatch
1.5x max Clean
1x max Deadlift

*If you miss a snatch/clean at a given weight, you must complete the subsequent clean/deadlift at that weight
